Ghosh ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff and is directed against Order No.6 dated December 17, 2022 passed by the learned District Judge, Paschim Medinipur in Judicial Misc. Case No. 28 of 2024 (R-97 of 2024). By the order impugned, an application filed by the petitioner herein under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for transfer of the suit stood rejected. The petitioner filed the title suit before the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ghatal against the opposite parties herein. The said suit is at the stage of peremptory hearing. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite parties herein are powerful local political leaders and are also lawyers of the Ghatal Bar Association.

She further submits that it is very difficult for the petitioner to get a suitable learned advocate for conducting his case. No material has been produced either before the learned District Judge or before this court in support of her contention that the lawyers of the concerned Bar Association are not accepting the case of the petitioner.

the alleged threats given out by the opposite parties, excepting annexing a copy of the complaint. Learned District Judge was right in rejecting the petitioner's prayer for transfer. This court is not inclined to interfere with such order.

CO No.1117 of 2025 is thus dismissed. No order as to costs.
