The instant appeal has been preferred on the basis of the certificate issued by the Ghoshpara Gram Panchayat, P. S. Jalangi, District Murshidabad wherein in certificate was given by the Pradhan that the relative of private respondent no.9 had a ration dealership licence. The matter was challenged before the court by the petitioner licence in favour of the respondent no.9. The State authority was directed to submit a report in the form of affidavit. In the said report, the state authority has placed one certificate of the said Pradhan of Gram Panchayat contending, inter alia, that the earlier order proposed certificate dated February 20, 2023 is a fake one. In pursuance of the direction of this Court, the concerned O.C. conducted an enquiry and submit a report. The report disclosed that the earlier certificate, said to be issued by the Ghoshpara Gram Panchayat

dated February 20, 2023 is a fake one. It appears that the petitioner choose not to appear before this Court on several occasions.

Considering the aspect and the considering the conduct of the petitioner, it appears to me that the petitioner is not interested to proceed further. The instant writ petition is, thus, dismissed for default. Any interim order passed during the pendency of the instant writ petition is hereby vacated.
