Mr. Debjit Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that by the order impugned in the present revisional application the learned Trial Judge fixed the date of argument of the suit after closing the evidence from the side of the petitioner but subsequently, the petitioner has been allowed to adduce evidence and in view of such development, the revisional application has become infructuous.

Considering such submission of Mr.

Mukherjee C.O. 748 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous.
