I have perused the order passed by the learned Magistrate while granting bail on 17.2.2021.

The records maintained with the concerned Court and the date which are being retained in the order are not very happily reflected. The order of granting bail suffers from perversity as such the same is modified.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the jurisdictional Court on January 10, 2022. The learned Court will fix a date for production of the Case Diary. The defacto complainant will be afforded an audience and the learned Court would pass an order regarding bail of the accused. The bail so granted by the

learned Magistrate is modified to interim bail till February 7, 2022. The Learned Trial Court would pass its final order by the said date. In the meantime the accused opposite party would meet with the Officer-in-Charge Burdwan Sadar Police Station once a week.

With the aforesaid observations CRR 2847 of 2021 is disposed of.
