Despite service, none appears for the respondent. To enable the respondents to contest the matter effectively, the matter is adjourned till August 18, 2023. The learned advocate-on-record for the petitioners is requested to serve a notice on the respondents indicating the next returnable date and file an affidavit-of-service on the next date of hearing.

In view of the review application having been admitted, there shall be a stay of operation of the order dated April 20, 2023 passed in WPA 7255 of 2023 till September 30, 2023 or until further order, whichever is earlier.
