Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty, ...for the Respondent No.1 The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that he has received a written instruction from the appellant, Dhirendranath Patra, dated 12th July, 2022 requesting him to withdraw the appeal as the disputes between the parties have been resolved through the intervention of the local respectable persons.

In view thereof, the appeal and the connected applications are dismissed for non-prosecution. All interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

L.C.R., if arrived, shall immediately be sent down by the department to the appropriate Court.

The original letter of instruction dated 12th July, 2022 is kept with the record.
