The petitioner prays for implementation of the order of demolition passed by the Executive Engineer (Bldg.)/Br-VI of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation dated December 17, 2021.

Learned advocate representing the Kolkata Municipal Corporation submits that the person responsible has preferred an appeal before the Municipal Building Tribunal being BT Appeal No. 11 of 2022 and the same is pending consideration.

In view of the above, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for necessary

relief. No further order can be passed in the present writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

The instruction given by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation be retained with the records.
