Petitioner complains that a part of her property has been grabbed by a club. Petitioner has complained to the local police station, but no steps have been taken. Petitioner presently states that without any permission, temporary structure for Durga Puja is being constructed by the said club. State has submitted a report which reflects that consequent to the information furnished, police authorities registered cases being Thakurpukur P.S. Case No. 60 dated 23.02.2025 and Thakurpukur P.S. Case No. 125 dated 17.04.2025. Another case was registered on the basis of information furnished by one Subhodeep Jana being Thakurpukur P.S. Case No. 63 dated 24.02.2025.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner complains that her land is being encroached, police authorities would enquire regarding the same and if, no permission is obtained for construction of temporary structure of Puja Pandal from the owner

of the land, in that case police authorities would take steps in accordance with law.

Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 7093 of 2025 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
