1. The petitioner alleges certain irregularity, illegality in the manner of administration of a temple at Tarapith. Along with the stay petition there are two enclosures. One is a representation stated to have been given by the petitioner on 11.1.2025 which has been signed by two persons, namely, Prithiraj Dutta and Asit Roy; the second enclosure is a judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this court in connection with Kalighat Temple in the case of Suravi Bose & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors. in WP 9009 (W) of 2011.

2. We have perused the representation which has been addressed to as many as ten authorities. The averments in the representation are absolutely vague

and it is not clear as to which authority should act on the representation.

3. Therefore, on such vague allegations the relief sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted.

4. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed on the said ground alone.

5. However, the dismissal of the writ petition will not prevent the petitioner from approaching the concerned authorities by way of a proper representation which should contain all facts which are necessary for the authority to take action.

6. Furthermore, in the representation the petitioner alleges that the order passed by the National Green Tribunal has not been complied with by the members of the trust.

7. This court cannot be converted into an executing court to execute any orders passed by the National Green Tribunal for which the petitioner has to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

8. With the above observations, the matter is dismissed.
