1. None appears on behalf of the opposite party in spite of issuance of repeated notice.

2. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has inclined to withdraw this revisional application with a prayer for liberty to participate in the proceeding in connection with A.C.M. Case No. 278 of 2015 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas. It is also prayed for early disposal of this case.

3. In the aforesaid view of the matter, the revisional application stands disposed of with a direction upon the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas to dispose of aforementioned case under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as expeditiously as

possible.

4. All parties to this revisional application shall act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
