Learned senior advocate appearing for the appellants submits that, in the first paragraph 'Sessions Serial No. 101 of 1998' be replaced with 'Sessions Serial No. 101 of 1988'. The error being apparent on the face on record is directed to be corrected.

Department will incorporate such corrections in the judgment and order dated December 14, 2023.
