Considering the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as appearing in the case diary and considering the postmortem report of the victim and considering the fact that the investigations are at the nascent stage and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRM (A) 1703 of 2022 and CRM (A) 1760 of 2022 are rejected.
