1. Petitioner complains of violation of the order dated July 18, 2023 passed in WPLRT 41 of 2023.
2. By such order, we directed the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer to consider and decide the representation dated September 27, 2021, in accordance with law, within a time frame.
3. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that, although, the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer passed an order, the same is unreasoned as also not being passed within the time frame prescribed.
4. Alleged contemnor is represented.
5. It is admitted at the bar that, the order was passed by the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer. The order apparently was not passed within the time period prescribed of three months from the date of communication of the Signed By :

6. We are not minded to enter into the issue as to whether the order passed by the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer is reasoned or not, in contempt jurisdiction. Such issue may be raised and if so raised, considered by the appropriate forum.
7. We are also not minded to invoke contempt jurisdiction for the so-called breach of the time frame prescribed for passing of the order by the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer.
8. In such circumstances, CPAN 949 of 2024 in WPLRT 41 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
