The cause title be amended by replacing the names of learned counsels Mr. Arindam Das, Ms. Rumeli Sarkar, Mr. Biswajit Sarkar in stead and place of Mr. Arif Ali, Mr. Prabhat Kumar Srivastava and Mr. Subhamoy Patra. The Department is directed to make necessary correction accordingly.

This order will be treated as part of the order dated 21st December, 2021.
