1. This matter has come up at the instance of the petitioners for necessary clarification of paragraph-5 of the order dated 23rd September, 2025, and

incorporating the names of the learned counsels for the petitioners in WPA(P) 257 of 2021.

2. In so far as the paragraph-5 of the said order is concerned, we clarify that the guidelines are to be followed whenever the child custody issue comes up for consideration.

3. In so far as appearing counsel in WPA(P) 257 of 2021 is concerned, the order was corrected earlier and server copy would show that the names of the counsel for the petitioner in WPA(P) 257 of 2021 are appearing after correction of the order. Accordingly, the name of Mr. Sankar Prasad Dalapati, learned counsel, shall be included after the name of Mr. Sakya Sen, learned senior counsel in paragraph-4 of the order dated 23rd September, 2025.

4. The order dated 23rd September, 2025, is modified to the aforesaid extent. The other part of the said order shall remain unaltered.
