Bhattacharya .......for the State 1) Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. It is also submitted that petitioner has been transferred as per her preferred school vide transfer order dated 25th April, 2025 and said transfer order is accepted by the petitioner. A copy of the transfer order dated 25th April, 2025 is placed before this Court and same is taken on record.

2) In terms of previous order dated 8th April, 2025 on behalf of District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Bardhaman a report in the form of affidavit is filed today and same is taken on record.

3) In view of submission made on behalf of the petitioner, no further order need be passed in this writ petition.

4) Writ petition stands disposed of.

5) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
