IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA

Item No.25 CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION Ct.No.34 dc.

C.R.R. 866 of 2021 Smt. Rajonya Mukherjee (Ghosal) versus Sri Arka Mukherjee In Re: An Application under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

None appears for the petitioner.

No accommodation has been sought for.

The subject-matter of this revisional application relates to grievance of the present petitioner that although interim maintenance was awarded to her, but no interim maintenance was awarded in respect of the minor child by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barrackpore in M. Case No. 462 of 2019.

Having considered the subject-matter of the present revisional application and that the order was passed by the learned Magistrate as an interim measure, I am of the view that in case, the present petitioner makes a further application for interim maintenance for the minor child, the learned Magistrate would consider the same expeditiously and pass necessary orders in accordance with the provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 866 of 2021 is disposed of. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
