The petitioner is the unmarried daughter of an Assistant Teacher of the Higher Secondary School, on the death of her father, she is praying family pension.

Mr. Acharya, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that only wanting document i.e. the certificate regarding particulars of the heirs of the deceased teacher has been furnished before the District Inspector of Schools (S.E), Purba Medinipur respondent no.4 herein.

Mr. Saikat Pal, learned advocate appears on behalf of Sri Pinaki Bhattacharya, the State advocate and submits that though Mr. Bhattacharya, under compelling circumstances, has left the Court but has instructed him to inform this Court that the petitioner has taken steps, as indicated by Mr. Acharya. The necessary papers since are available now, the respondent no. 4 is directed to consider the prayer of the petitioner and in the event she is found eligible for such pension, the said respondent shall take forward steps for disbursement of same in her favour within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this Order.

W.P.A. 6792 of 2022 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
