Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the applicant/petitioner submits that the applicant/petitioner has complied with all the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 29th July, 2021 and, accordingly, prays for relaxation of the conditions. Mr. Bardhan, learned advocate enters appearance on behalf of the State and files a report. Let the same be kept on record. Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. It appears that the applicant/petitioner has complied with the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 29th July, 2021 and there is no adverse report against him. In view thereof, the conditions to the effect that "the petitioner shall remain within the jurisdiction of the local police station and shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of the said police station once every fortnight", are waived. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN No.1 of 2021 is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
