Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private respondents filed a civil suit and obtained an order of status quo. The private respondents are acting in breach of order of status quo. Police are inactive.

Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the basis of instruction, submits that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into. The police learnt that there is an order of status quo. The police entered the complaint as a General Diary and are keeping a close vigil over the suit property in order to prevent any law and order situation.

There is a civil suit between the private parties. The private parties are at liberty to obtain appropriate relief in such suit. The petitioner is not remediless in the event the private parties violated

the order passed by the Civil Court. The petitioner can approach the Civil Court for appropriate remedy. A Writ Court need not enter into the arena as to whether any party violated any subsisting order of the Civil Court or not. The police taking steps as noted above, no further interference is called for by the Writ Court.

Accordingly, WPA 8066 of 2021 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
