It is submitted petitioner is unable to arrange for local surety. He also submits that the sureties may be furnished to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur.

Under such circumstances, we direct the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/ with two registered sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur.
