In compliance with the direction passed by this Court on September 05, 2023, Sri Narendra Nath Bag, the petitioner herein is personally present before this Court, his further personal appearance is dispensed with.

Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, submits that his client has received all the arrear salaries and has repaid the entire loan amount to the Employees Co-operative Credit Society of the teachers of his erstwhile school. Mr. Uttam Kumar Bhattacharyya, learned counsel for the authorities of the said school confirms of the repayment of the said loan amount. In view of such development, the order of injunction passed in this matter on July 11, 2023 restraining the petitioner from operating his salary account stands vacated. The grievance of the petitioner since has already been addressed, no further order(s) need be passed in this matter. WPA 6798 of 2022 and the connected application being IA No: CAN 1 of 2023 are thus disposed of without any order as to costs.
