, < Mr. Lakshminath Bhattacharya ... for the petitioner ,,, This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in considering his representation dated 12th November, 2018.

None appears on behalf of the respondents.

The prayer of the petitioner is an innocuous prayer for consideration of his representation and accordingly, I direct the respondent no.3 being the Superintendent of Post Office, South Presidency Division, Baruipur, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12th November, 2018 by granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned order within a period of six weeks from date. The said reasoned order should be communicated to the petitioner within a week from the date of passing of the same.

In light of the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
