Banerjee) Mr. Tapan Dutta Gupta Mr. Sayantan Hazra ... for the petitioner Mr. Dutta Gupta, learned advocate for the petitioner, submits that the documents under Section 207 Cr.P.C. are yet to be made available; accordingly, he could not properly exercise his diligence so far as the issues in the revisional application are concerned, and he intends to canvass the grievances at the appropriate stage before the learned Trial Court.

Accordingly, the petitioner would be at liberty to canvass such issues at the stage of consideration of charges, in course of cross-examination, at the stage of Section 313 Cr.P.C., at the stage of defence evidence and final hearing.

With the aforesaid observation, CRR 1089 of 2023 is disposed of.
