Petitioner informed the police authorities by an intimation dated 09.03.2025 against the private respondents but yet the police authorities did not act and consequently according to the petitioner she is subjected to inconveniences.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the police authorities have been keeping a strict vigil consequent to the earlier direction passed in WPA 2514 of 2025.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 4 and 5 submit that by way of the present writ petition petitioner has in fact, prayed for review of the earlier order so passed by this Court on 12.02.2025.

Be that as it may, the information dated 09.03.2025 atleast reveals that the parties are at loggerhead and as such are trying to take police assistance on any private and personal dispute. There were earlier directions passed by this Court upon the police authorities to keep surveillance.

Learned advocate for the State submit that such surveillance is still continuing.

It is reiterated that the police authorities would ensure that no further untoward incident results and in case it is found that the parties are not behaving according to the societal standards, police authorities would draw up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS for imposing Good Behaviour Bond and refer the parties to learned Executive Magistrate for appropriate steps to be taken.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 7107 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
