We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had called the victim to the place of occurrence. Thereafter he was murdered.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and as prayer of bail of co-accuseds have been turned down, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
