For the State On hearing learned advocate representing the petitioner, it appears that petitioner worked as an Upper Division Clerk (UDC) in the office of the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Kolkata. By instituting this writ petition, the petitioner has claimed service benefits.

Since the petitioner was an employee under District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Kolkata, present writ petition is not maintainable and same stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law for redressal of his grievances.
