It is submitted that the private respondent has surrendered before the learned Magistrate after responding to the notice under Section 41A of the Cr. P.C. and has obtained bail.

It is submitted that in respect of the counter case by the private respondents against the petitioner in Baranagar Police Station Case No. 506/20 dated 29.10.2020, charge sheet being No. 86/2021 has been filed on March 18, 2021.

In so far as the FIR by the petitioner against the private respondents, the Officer-inCharge, Baranagar Police Station is directed to complete the investigation within a period of 15 days from date mandatorily and positively. A final report may be submitted before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The personal presence of the Officer-inCharge, Baranagar Police Station is dispensed with. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

The instruction dated April 6, 2021 of the Officer-in-Charge, Baranagar Police Station is kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
