None appears for the petitioner on consecutive dates. In compliance with the order dated 4.4.2022, administrative notice was issued to the petitioner, but the same could not be served upon him. Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy and Ms. Sima Biswas, learned advocates appear on behalf of the opposite party and submits that this is a case against the CBI authority and the Case Diary has been handed over by the office of the learned Public Prosecutor to CBI and some accommodation may be granted.

It appears to me that the petitioner is not diligent in proceeding with the case and he has to be looked for instead of his taking initiative in pursuing this matter.

Under such circumstances, the revisional application is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhanangar for information and to proceed in accordance with law.
