The petitioner complains of violation of the direction passed by this Court on September 28, 2018. The application for contempt has been filed in April 2022.

The Court is of the opinion that the contempt application will not be maintainable as it has been filed beyond the prescribed time period.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands dismissed.

Dismissal of the contempt application will, however, not stand in the way of the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law, for redressal of his grievances.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
