(Through Video Conference) Mr. Sandip Goraria ... for the petitioners Mr. Somnath Ganguli, Ms. Sabnam Basu ... for the DGGI Ms. Manasi Mukherjee ... for the respondent In this matter petitioners have challenged the impugned summons dated 7th February, 2020 by which the petitioner was asked to attend on 7th December 2020 and another summon dated 3rd March, 2021 by which the petitioner was asked to attend the respondent on 25th March, 2021.

I find that both these summons have already lost its force and is no more effective and in view of this, petitioners could not have any grievance against the aforesaid summons and this writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 8082 of 2021 is disposed of without passing any further order or interfering with aforesaid submission.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the applicant upon compliance of requisite formalities.
