The police case is dated October 30, 2022.

The petitioners before us are the parents and the grand parent of the principal accused.

Their complicity in the incident appears from the materials in the case diary. Child marriage is also involved. The victim was 13 years 10 months old at the time of the incident.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1246 of 2023 is dismissed.
