Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.
Police recorded a statement under Section161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the injured subsequent to our order dated March 20, 2024.
Injured suffered stab injuries.
Injured implicates both the petitioners before us in inflicting the stab injuries on him.
In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
C.R.M. (A) 964 of 2024 is dismissed.
