1. Nobody appears on behalf of either of the parties. No accommodation sought for.

2. This case is pending since 2018. By filing this revisional application, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 26.12.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Murshidabad at Berhampore in Misc. Case No.232 of 2016 initiated under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, thereby, the learned Magistrate rejected the prayer of the petitioner for interim maintenance of Rs.20,000/- and allowed maintenance to the tune of Rs.500/- only per month for the petitioner No.1 and Rs.500/- only per month for her minor children.

3. Inspite of being given several opportunities to the petitioner, no one represent the petitioner and no accommodation sought for. It seems petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the case.

4. Accordingly, CRR 955 of 2018 is thus dismissed as not pressed.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.
