Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated.
Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that the petitioner is involved in packaging the mineral water and selling the same to the public.
Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1768 of 2022 is dismissed.
