At the time of hearing, Mr. Siddhartha Banerjee, learned Counsel appearing in virtual mode assisted by Ms. Dolon Samanta, learned Advocate for the writ petitioners, submits before this Court that they have instructions from their clients to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action by all the members of the writ petitioner Association.

In view of such, WPA/6999/2025 hereby stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is given to the members of the writ petitioner Association to file a similar such writ petition on the selfsame cause of action either in their individual capacities or in their collective capacities, if so advised.
