Considering the submission of the petitioner and on perusal of the writ petition, I find that petitioner has made a representation on 14th December, 2020 being Annexure P-6 to the writ petition against the alleged unauthorised action on the part of the respondents concerned freezing the bank account of the petitioner by the impugned order dated 19th March, 2020 which is still pending. Considering the submission of the petitioner, this writ petition being WPA No.8087 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the Assistant Commissioner of Customs, Special

Tax Recovery Cell (Port)/respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 14th December, 2020 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and or its authorised representatives, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within one week thereafter. The application being W.P.A. 8087 of 2021 is disposed of.
