Learned advocates for the petitioner as well as the private opposite party submits that the trial has been completed and the accused persons have been acquitted of the charges. As the trial has been concluded before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th court, Serampore, Hooghly in connection with G. R. Case No. 1855 of 2021 arising out of Uttarpara P. S. case No. 475 of 2021, I am of the view that the revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1258 of 2022 is disposed of as infructuous.
