By such order, we gave liberty to the writ petitioner to avail of the facility as directed by the impugned order of the Tribunal. We directed that in the event the writ petitioner makes a representation in terms of the impugned order within 7 days from date, the authorities will consider the same within the timeframe as stipulated by the impugned order of the Tribunal.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned AGP appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that, the authorities considered and decided the representation by the order

dated April 15, 2024 and rejected the claim of the petitioner.

Since the authorities complied with the direction as contained in the order dated June 19, 2023, we are not minded to invoke provisions of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 or Article 215 of the Constitution of India. CPAN 505 of 2024 is, accordingly, disposed of without any order as to costs.
