Commercial Tax Officer, Salkia Charge and others (Through Video Conference) Mr. A. Ray, learned Government Pleader with Mr. T. M. Siddiqui, Mr. D. Ghosh, Advocates ... for the State (present in Court) Vide order dated January 19, 2015 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court the appellants were granted time as a matter of concession to deposit a sum of `12 lakh up to March 20, 2015 and the impugned order dated June 14, 2014 was treated as set aside. In case the deposit was not made within the time permitted, the impugned order would stand affirmed.

The present appeal was filed in this Court in February, 2015 and for the last more than six years no steps have been taken in pursuance of the order impugned.

No one appeared for the appellants.

Apparently the appellants have lost interest to pursue the present appeal.
