Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in spite of specific directions passed in TS No. 126/2021 for not to change the nature, character and possession of the property, the private respondents are pursuing illegal activities. To that extent, petitioner also preferred an application for direction upon the police authorities. Consequently petitioner claims that directions were passed upon the police authorities for compliance of the injunction order so passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kalna.

Petitioner is aggrieved that in spite of the same there are attempts for violation of the order of the injunction.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that police authorities on receipt of the copy

of information has endorsed SI Uttam Layek for causing enquiry and it has been informed to the private respondents that they would refrain from changing character and possession of the suit property. If there are further violations petitioner would inform the concerned police officer who has been deputed and/or assigned by the Officer-incharge, Nadanghat Police Station. Police authorities would keep surveillance and would ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 7166 of 2025 is disposed of.
