Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. The contention that there was no direct evidence linking the petitioner with the victim was raised at the time of the earlier bail petition and was rejected by the order date December 6, 2021 in CRM 7891 of 2021. There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection.

In the circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM (DB) 1013 of 2022 is dismissed.
