Ashok Gupta v. State Of West Bengal
17.01.2022.
Ct.No.29.
AS.
8.
C.R.R. 1014 of 2011 In the matter of : Sri Ashok Gupta.
... Petitioner.
Mr. Binay Kr. Panda, Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwal.
...for the State.
Learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears. Proper authority is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binay Kr. Panda and Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwal, learned Advocates.
From the record, it appears that this revisional application is directed against the order passed by the learned Sub Divisional Executive Magistrate, Serampore, Hooghly on 11.3.2011 and 15.3.2011 in connection with case No.M/213 of 2011.
From the record it appears that order under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was promulgated on the date as mentioned hereinabove and it will exist only for two months maximum, unless it is otherwise directed by the Magistrate. I find that this revisional application is pending since 2011 and the order promulgated by the learned Executive Magistrate has become totally infructuous in the meantime. Thus the revisional application stands disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the learned Executive Magistrate for necessary action, if any.
