The Warrant of Arrest was issued and execution thereof is pending.

Materials in the Case Diary suggest involvement of the petitioner in the incident of murder.

In view of the long absconsion of the petitioner and the materials in the Case Diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
