Petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

We have considered the materials on record. There are statements to show that the petitioners had set on fire on the victim lady. As a result she died. In view of the gravity of the offence and the prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
