Learned advocate on behalf of the State appears. Proper authority is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy and Ms. Rita Dutta, learned Advocates. Learned Advocate on behalf of the State submits that this a revisional application directed against the dismissal order under Section 256 CrPC passed by the Chief Judcial Magistrate, Barasat on 04.12.2009 in connection with Complaint Case No. 211 of 2007 under Section 500 IPC.

On careful perusal of the record, I find that though this revisional application was filed in the year 2011, but from then on no steps were taken by the petitioner even no certified copy of the order assailed has ever been filed before this Court. Considering these facts and circumstances, I find that it is not necessary to continue with this revisional application pending since 2011.

Accordingly, this revisional application stands disposed of. Let a copy of this order be communicated to Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat for information. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
