Counsel for the writ petitioner claims that the private respondents are disturbing him while effecting construction over his property.

Counsel for the writ petitioner further submits that his client has obtained loan under PMGAY for constructions of his house that was destroyed in the Amphan Cyclone.

Counsel for the State, however, submits that the petitioner has died and his legal heirs have no grievance against the private respondents.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of without any orders.

The instructions of the O. C., Kulpi Police Station, Sundarban Police District is kept on record. There shall be no order as to costs.
