The writ petitioner claimed to be a Zonal Director, Anti Crime Cell (CRIAI), a self funding foundation alleging various illegal constructions in the area in Ghatal. The petition lacks in material particulars and the allegations seem to be bald and without much substance. Petitioner made allegations against the trustees who are managing the trust property. Moreover, a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) is based on a newspaper report and petitioner failed to substantiate the claims otherwise by producing relevant documents in this regard.

Under such circumstances, we are not admitting the Public Interest Litigations.

Accordingly, the WPA (P) 118 of 2025 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
