Learned advocate on behalf of the State appears. Proper authority is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binay Kumar Panda and Ms. Pushpita Saha, learned Advocates.

Learned Advocate on behalf of the State submits that this revisional application is pending since 2011 and none appears on behalf of the petitioner, so the matter may be disposed of accordingly.

On careful perusal of the record, I find that this revisional application is directed against the order dated 24.12.2009 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur, Tamluk issuing warrant against the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No. 536 of 2009.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner since 2011. On careful perusal of the order dated 24.12.2009, it is seen that by the impugned order learned Chief Judicial Magistrate

issued warrant against all six accused persons on prayer of I.O. I do not find any illegality or irregularity of the order. Considering all facts and circumstances, the instant revisional application stands dismissed.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur, Tamluk for information. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
