Learned Advocate on behalf of the State submits that this revisional application under Section 407 read with Section 482 Cr.PC for transfer of G.R. Case No. 1034 of 2010 arising out of Kharagpur Police Station Case No. 127/2010 dated 23.05. 2010 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, from `Kharagpur to Howrah.
